About Diane Zimmerman

With over 35 years of teaching experience, I find real estate and teaching to be similar professions. Each profession requires an assessment of needs/wants. It requires the ability to formulate goals after careful review of a client/student’s needs. Most importantly it requires taking the time to listen to the client regarding their real estate/education needs. I take pride in my ability to listen, assess and formulate plans whether it be for my “kids” (students) or real estate clients. 

I am a member of the Hulsman Group of Coldwell Banker Realty. Our team is consistently ranked #1 in the Mid-Atlantic region. Recognition is nice however it is the commitment and care that our team shows to our clients of which I am most proud. Most importantly I work hand in hand from our team leader, Nancy Hulsman for guidance and advice from her expansiveknowledge and experience.

I am a graduate of CCC, UMCP and CSU. I have participated in athletics in high school, college and on the association level. I enjoy golf, boating, gardening, spending time with friends and family and of course helping you reach your real estate goals!
