About Jay Hierholzer

Jay has been a realtor with The Hulsman Group for 19 years, assisting hundreds of clients with their real estate needs throughout Central Maryland.  He has an extensive experience with relocation clients, first time homebuyers, and clients needing to downsize or expand into larger homes.  He is also a certified real estate stager. 

In his previous career, Jay developed his financial, marketing and customer service skills, and has years of experience in negotiating contracts.  In his free time, Jay enjoys volunteering, cooking, travel and working on home improvements.
