MEET JEFF 

 

I’ve been in the business and sales world for more than 40 years, the last 10+ in Real Estate. Over the years I’ve thrived in the role of Servant Leader, and I bring this to my Clients, whether Selling or Buying, to help them achieve their Real Estate Goals. 

 

As a valued member of The Hulsman Group at Coldwell Banker Realty our Team is consistently #1 in the Mid-Atlantic Region. And, while we are proud of the numerous awards and recognition it is the personal enduring relationships with our Clients that bring the most value to me. 

 

I am a Member of the Howard County (MD) and Sussex County (DE) Board of Realtors and have earned designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) where I‘ve served over 1500 Seniors.  

I was born and grew up in Ellicott City and spent the last 30+ years raising KIds here. But my family origins are on the Shore, I went to College and worked my first 10 years there.  The Beach calls and I’m now back at the Shore again, helping Clients, at both Delaware and Maryland Beach Communities. 

 

My off time finds me enjoying many sports and working to stay in shape and healthy, often outside in my gardens or volunteering on the Patapsco State Park Trails. I’ve been told I’m a good cook, I tend to experiment with new recipes for Family, Friends, Team Members, and Clients, all have lived. My wife of 35+ years and my two boys (31 & 29) keep me busy, grounded, and from resting on my laurels.
