I entered the real estate field in 1983 and little did I know that it would be one the most rewarding experiences of my life. Over the past 30 years I have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers along way enjoy the benefits of home ownership.

In 1988 I also became a licensed real estate appraiser working as both a fee and staff appraiser for a large local lender. I acquired several designations along the way including the Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist and most recently the Certified Distress Property Expert designation.

I have a passion for real estate and a passion to help people. I love to help the first-time buyer become informed to make the best buying decision possible. From start to finish I will be there to listen to what you want and give you the road map how to get there to have the smoothest transaction possible. 

For my seller clients I bring to the table not only my 30 years of real estate sales experience but also 18 years of real estate appraisal experience. Preparing your home and pricing it correctly will ensure the most $$$ in the least amount of time and hassle. 

In the last few years our market has challenged us will many types of home transactions including short sales and foreclosures. I am equipped to help you whatever your situation may be.

As a long time MD resident, I service the following counties: Anne Arundel, Howard, Baltimore, Harford, Cecil, Carroll and Frederick.

In my free time I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors with my Forever Puppy Russell and spoiling my 7 grandchildren.
