About Shayna Fastovsky

I have had the privilege of calling Howard County, Maryland, my home since 2009.  After growing up in Anne Arundel and Prince George’s counties, as well as a short time in Baltimore, I settled in Howard County as the community is great place to both live and work.  On obtaining a college degree in 2009 (and later a Master’s degree), I elected to become a Physical Educator to promote health and wellness to our youth, which is a great passion of mine.

In addition to the great esteem I held towards Physical Education, Real Estate has always been an interest of mine, long before I joined The Hulsman Group of Coldwell Banker in 2020. My years of being an educator has instilled the ability to communicate with individuals with varying backgrounds, beliefs and upbringing.  And it has further allowed me to develop interpersonal skills, patience and adaptability, all of which has enabled me to work with over 40 wonderful families to buy and sell homes in the last 2 years.

When I am not helping my clients with all their real estate needs, you’ll often find me playing a variety of sports and enjoying time with my husband, two children and pets.
